About Huxandor

Huxandor is a cloud accounting platform for Singapore-registered businesses. This page covers who is behind it, how the company is registered, and the principles that shape what we build and what we leave out.

What Huxandor is

Huxandor provides cloud accounting software for Singapore SMEs: GST-ready bookkeeping, invoice management, bank reconciliation, payroll integration, and reporting, all in one platform with local support. It is built for business use — companies with a UEN and a recurring set of filings, not personal finance.

The company is registered in Singapore. Corporate registration details appear in the footer of this site and on the Contact page, so you can verify who you are dealing with before you sign up. If you need the registration confirmed in writing before engaging, the contact form is the fastest route and we will send it back to you.

What the platform covers

  • GST recorded at the transaction level, ready for IRAS filing periods
  • CPF calculated by residency status and age band inside the payroll run
  • Bank reconciliation against a connected feed, with manual matching where a feed is unavailable
  • Invoicing and reporting sharing one ledger with payroll, so figures agree

Bank feed availability depends on your bank. Where a feed is not offered, statements are imported and matched manually.

Why we built it for Singapore specifically

Global accounting platforms are capable, but they are built for many markets at once. GST treatment, CPF contribution bands, and MOM-related record keeping are local concerns, and they are the ones that cause friction when software treats them as configuration.

We built Huxandor with those workflows as core. GST treatment is recorded at the transaction level rather than added by a report at quarter end. CPF is calculated by residency status and age band. Payroll and accounting share one ledger, so a payroll adjustment lands in the accounts without a re-keying step. That is not a feature list; it is the reason the platform exists.

Who it is for

It is for a Singapore SME with a UEN, a few staff, and a recurring set of filings. Often that is a business with an owner who still touches the books, or a small finance function of one or two people.

It is not for enterprises with multi-entity consolidation, or for businesses that need manufacturing and multi-warehouse inventory. We say that on the platform page too. Being clear about fit saves everyone a demo.

Owner-operated SME with a UEN and a few staff Fits
A finance function of one or two people closing GST and payroll each period Fits
A business with a single entity and straightforward inventory, if any Fits
Groups needing multi-entity consolidation across several companies Not the fit
Manufacturing or multi-warehouse inventory operations Not the fit

If your business sits in the lower rows, tell us on the enquiry and we will point you at what fits better.

How we think about support

Support is local and staffed during Singapore business hours. We do not publish a response-time guarantee, because a guarantee that breaks during a filing deadline is worse than no guarantee at all.

What we do commit to is that support is staffed by people who know the platform and the local filing calendar, and that onboarding is guided rather than a document dump. You get walked through setting up GST codes, your chart of accounts and your first payroll run, in the order you actually need them.

Where we stop

What we won't claim

We won't claim to be the best, the cheapest, or the fastest. Singapore's market includes established brands like Sage and ABSS, global platforms like QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books, and local options such as Financio and AutoCount. Each has a different fit, and a platform that suits a five-person trading company rarely suits a thirty-person services firm.

We'll tell you what Huxandor does well and where it stops. If another platform suits your business better, saying so early is cheaper for both of us than a bad fit discovered six months in.

Editorial principles

Copy on this site is written to be checkable. If we state something about the platform, it describes a workflow you can see in the product. If we describe a limitation, it is one we would rather you know before signing up.

Claims you can check

Every product statement maps to a screen or a step inside the platform. If you cannot find the workflow a sentence describes, ask and we will show you where it lives or correct the sentence.

No invented numbers

We do not publish invented statistics, user counts, or awards. Where a claim depends on something outside our control, such as bank feed availability through your bank, we say so in the same sentence rather than in a footnote.

Limits stated up front

Where the platform stops, this site says so on the page where the topic comes up — fit, inventory, consolidation. You should not have to read a comparison chart to find out what a product will not do.

Getting in touch

For a product question, use the contact form above or call during business hours. For pricing, the pricing page lays out what changes between tiers. For a walkthrough of the workflows, the platform page is the place to start.

If you are still comparing options, the Singapore compliance page covers how GST, CPF and MOM-related record keeping are handled inside Huxandor, which is usually the question that decides it.
