Huxandor Pte. Ltd. — Singapore
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of huxandor.com and the cloud accounting software we publish for business use. They sit alongside our Singapore corporate registration, so you always know who you are dealing with.
What this page covers
By using this site, you agree to the terms below. Huxandor is registered in Singapore, and the corporate registration details appear in the site footer alongside our business phone number and contact form. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
The platform described here is cloud accounting software built for business use: GST-ready bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll integration and local support for Singapore companies. Nothing on this page changes the statutory duties that come with running a registered business.

Access is open to anyone visiting for lawful purposes. The rules below describe what that means in practice for a business reader.
You may use this site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. That includes reading our product and compliance pages, comparing plans, and contacting us about your accounting setup.
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its systems, or the data of other users. This covers automated scraping that degrades the service for others, probing for credentials that are not yours, and any attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.
If we detect misuse, we may restrict access to the site. Where a restriction affects an active subscription, we will tell you why and how to raise the matter with our support team.
Information on the site
Content on this site describes Huxandor's cloud accounting platform and related services. It is provided for general information and does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice.
GST, CPF, and MOM-related workflows described on this site are platform features. Statutory filings remain your responsibility or that of your appointed agent. We describe how the software supports those workflows; we do not file on your behalf unless a separate agreement says so.
Guidance published on our platform, support and compliance pages is written for general Singapore business scenarios. Your own filing position depends on your entity type, registration status and transaction records — check with your appointed agent where the answer matters.
Accounts and subscriptions
Subscription terms, tiers, and billing arrangements are set out on the pricing page and in any agreement you enter with us. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. That includes inviting the right team members, removing access when someone leaves, and telling us promptly if you believe credentials have been shared beyond your organisation.

If a signed agreement and this page ever disagree, the signed agreement is the one that applies.
Intellectual property
The site content, including text and platform documentation, is owned by Huxandor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from site content without permission, except as allowed by law. Quoting a short passage with a link back to this site for review or internal briefing is fine; republishing our guides as your own material is not.
Your own business records, ledgers and uploaded documents stay yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the data you put into the platform.
Third-party references
This site may refer to third-party products and services, including other accounting software, for comparison and context. Such references do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership unless explicitly stated.
Product names and trademarks mentioned on our comparison pages belong to their respective owners. We describe how data can move between systems so you can judge fit for your own finance stack — not to suggest a commercial relationship that does not exist.
Where you connect a third-party service to your Huxandor account, that service's own terms apply to your use of it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We keep the site maintained, but we cannot promise that every visit will be free of interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Huxandor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This limitation covers your use of the website itself. Your subscription agreement sets out the service commitments that apply to the platform.
The terms on this page cover the website. Service levels, availability commitments and support response targets live in the agreement attached to your subscription.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date at the top of this section tells you when it last changed.
Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. If a change affects an active subscription in a material way, we will contact you through the account contact details we hold.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Huxandor operates from Singapore and supports Singapore businesses, so this is also the practical place to resolve a disagreement before it escalates.
Version in force
This version of the terms took effect on 4 November 2026. Earlier versions are superseded once an update is published here.
Keep a copy of the terms that applied when you subscribed if you need it for your own records.

Questions about the terms
Short answers to the questions we hear most often from Singapore businesses reviewing this page.
Does using this website create an account?
No. Reading the site, comparing plans or sending us a question does not create an account or a subscription. Accounts are created through the normal sign-up route, and subscription terms are set out on the pricing page and in the agreement you sign.
Does the platform file my GST return for me?
The software supports GST-ready bookkeeping and the workflows you need to prepare a return. Filing itself remains your responsibility or that of your appointed agent. Where a separate agreement says we act as your agent, that agreement sets out exactly what we do.
Who do I contact if something in the terms is unclear?
Call the business phone number on this page, email [email protected], or send a note through the contact form. Term and account questions are handled by the same Singapore support team during business hours.
Which law applies if there is a dispute?
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Where you hold a signed subscription agreement, that agreement may set out a different route for resolving commercial disagreements.
