Cookie Policy
This page explains how huxandor.com uses cookies and similar technologies, what each kind does, and how you can control them in your browser.
What this policy covers, and where it sits
Huxandor is a cloud accounting software platform for business use, registered in Singapore. This cookie policy covers huxandor.com only. It sets out the small files this site stores on your device, what each one is for, and the choices you have.
It should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly, and the Terms of Service, which cover the wider conditions of using the platform.
The version published on this page is the one in force. If our cookie use changes, the policy changes with it, and we date the revision below so you can see which version you are reading.

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device when you visit. It lets the site recognise that device on later pages or later visits, so it can remember an action you took or a preference you set.
Cookies are not programs and they cannot run on your machine. They hold short pieces of information, such as whether a form has been started, which display setting you chose, or which page you arrived from. Some are cleared when you close the browser, others stay for a set period.
Similar technologies, including browser local storage and small tracking pixels, do comparable work. Where this policy says cookies, it covers those too.
Two lifetimes, one job each
Session cookies
These last only while your browser is open. They carry you from one page to the next without losing what you were doing, and they are removed when you close the window.
Persistent cookies
These stay on your device for a fixed period after you leave, so a preference you set last time is still there on your next visit. You can delete them at any point through your browser.
Neither kind collects your name, email address or payment details on its own.
Cookies we use
Every cookie this site sets falls into one of the groups below. The list is short on purpose: the site is a public information and enquiry surface, and it does not need much to work.
Essential cookies
Required for the site to function. They keep a page secure while it loads, hold a form together while you fill it in, and make sure a submitted enquiry reaches us once rather than twice. These cannot be switched off through the site, because the contact form and basic navigation depend on them.
Analytics cookies
Where used, these tell us which pages are visited and how quickly they load, so we can fix a thin page or a slow one. The data arrives as aggregate counts and page paths. It does not identify you personally, and we do not attach it to a named visitor.
Preference cookies
Where used, these remember a choice you made, such as a display setting or a dismissed notice, so the site does not ask you the same thing on every page. Clearing them simply means the site forgets that choice.
No cookie on this site is used to build an advertising profile of you, and none of them track you across other websites.
Why we use them
The short answer is that the site cannot work without the essential set, and the rest help us keep it useful.
Essential cookies carry an enquiry from the contact form to our inbox without losing the message halfway, and they keep a session stable while you move between pages. If they are blocked, the form may fail to submit, or you may be asked to re-enter information you already typed.
Analytics, where it runs, tells us which pages people actually read and where they stop. That shapes what we write next, and it shapes how we structure the pricing and platform pages. Preference cookies exist so a setting you chose stays chosen.
None of this is used to sell you anything, and none of it is shared as an advertising profile. The site is built for business users researching cloud accounting software in Singapore, and the data we collect is limited to what running a readable, working site requires.
If you block essential cookies
- The contact form may not submit, and your message may not reach us.
- Pages may reload in ways that lose what you had already entered.
- Display preferences will reset on each visit.
- Nothing breaks permanently, and browsing the policy and pricing pages still works.
If the form gives you trouble, phone us on +65 6286 5488 during business hours instead.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on the site may be set by services we rely on rather than by Huxandor directly. The usual example is an analytics provider that reports how the site performs. If we ever embed a scheduling or chat tool, that tool may set its own cookies too.
Those providers operate under their own privacy and cookie policies, which explain what they collect and how long they keep it. We choose providers we consider reasonable for a business site, but we do not control the cookies they set or the choices they offer.
You can manage third-party cookies in two places: your browser settings, which apply to everything, or the provider's own controls, which are usually narrower and specific to that service.
Managing cookies
Your browser is the main control. Every common browser lets you see the cookies stored for a site, delete them, block them, or be warned before one is set. The help section of your browser explains where those settings sit for the version you are running.
Blocking
Blocking all cookies stops the site storing anything. Essential cookies are caught by this too, so the contact form and some navigation may stop working correctly.
Deleting
Deleting existing cookies clears anything already stored. Any preference you set earlier will be forgotten, and the site will behave as it did on your first visit.
Private windows
A private or incognito window clears its cookies when you close it. It is a quick way to test how the site behaves without stored preferences.
Where the controls live
Look under Settings, then Privacy or Security, then Cookies and site data. Names vary a little between browsers and versions, but the options are the same in each. If your organisation manages your browser, a device policy may override your own settings, and your IT team can tell you which.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the cookies we use change, when a provider changes, or when the law requires different wording. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
Do I need to accept cookies to read this site?
No. The policy pages, the platform description and the pricing information all read normally without accepting anything optional. Essential cookies still run in the background, because they keep the site stable and carry a form submission if you send one.
Are cookies used to build advertising profiles of me?
No. The cookies on this site support the site's own function and measurement. They are not used to follow you across other websites or to assemble an advertising profile, and the site does not run advertising networks of its own.
Does the contact form still work if I clear my cookies?
Yes, in most cases. The form sets a fresh essential cookie when you open the page again, so clearing cookies usually only means re-entering details you had already typed. If a submission fails, use the phone number below and we will pick it up from there.
Where do I ask a question about this policy?
Write to us through the details on the Contact page, or call +65 6286 5488 between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Singapore time on weekdays. Support is provided by Huxandor directly, so your question reaches the team that looks after the site.
Questions about this policy
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know which cookies a particular page sets, get in touch and we will answer in plain terms. Huxandor is registered in Singapore and our support team works from the same office as the platform team.
