Legal & data

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Huxandor handles personal data collected through huxandor.com. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can reach us about your data.

Who this policy covers

Huxandor is a cloud accounting platform built for business use in Singapore. Companies use it for GST-ready bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll integration and month-end reporting, with official support from our team in Singapore.

Huxandor Pte. Ltd. is officially registered in Singapore, and our corporate registration details are published in the site footer. This policy applies to the huxandor.com website and to enquiries you send us through it — it is written for the business contacts, finance staff and owners who use the platform.

In short

  • We collect only what an enquiry or a customer relationship needs.
  • We do not sell personal data to anyone.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold.
  • Data requests go through the Contact page or our business phone line.

Data we collect

Two kinds of information reach us: what you type or say to us directly, and a small amount of technical data recorded while you browse. We keep both narrow, because a business contact form is not a reason to build a profile.

If you would rather not share a detail by form, call us on +65 6286 5488 during business hours and we will take the details you choose to give.

Information you give us

Through the contact form, by email or by phone: your name, business email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. If you become a customer, we also hold the account and billing details needed to run the platform.

Technical data from visits

Where analytics tools are in use, we record limited technical information such as the pages you viewed and general device information. It tells us which parts of the site are read and which are skipped; it does not identify you by name.

Cookies and similar tools

Cookies help the site remember small preferences and measure traffic. The Cookie Policy sets out which cookies are used, what each one does, and how you can control them in your browser.

We do not ask for financial account credentials through this website. If anyone requests them claiming to be us, contact us first.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Every use of personal data on this site traces back to a request you made or a contract we hold with you. We do not repurpose contact details for unrelated mail.

Answering you

Contact details let us reply to your enquiry, explain what the platform does for business use, and manage any customer relationship that follows.

Running the site

Technical data shows how the site is used and keeps it working properly — spotting broken pages, slow sections and pages nobody needs.

With your consent

Where consent is required for a specific use, we ask at the point of collection. You can withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

We process personal data to respond to enquiries you initiate and to perform any contract we enter with you. Nothing on this site is used to profile you for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

How long we keep data

Enquiries

Kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping so that a later question can be answered accurately.

Customer accounts

Retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable Singapore record-keeping obligations that apply to business accounting records.

Deletion requests

Where no legal obligation requires us to keep a record, we will delete the data you ask us to remove and confirm what was done.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate the site and the platform — for example hosting and email providers — under arrangements that limit their use of the data to the service they provide for us.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority. When that happens, we disclose only what the request actually requires.

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the site online.
  • Email providers that deliver our replies to you.
  • Professional advisers, only where a matter genuinely requires it.

Your rights and how we protect data

These are the requests we handle most often. If your situation is not covered here, the Contact page reaches the team that deals with data questions.

Can I see the personal data you hold about me?

Yes. Send an access request through the Contact page and we will tell you what we hold. We may need to verify your identity before acting, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. Once verified, we respond with the records that relate to you.

How do I correct something that is wrong?

Tell us which detail is incorrect and what it should say. We correct contact and account records that are wrong or out of date, and we confirm when the change is made. For customer accounts, your usual account contact can usually fix billing and company details faster.

Can I ask you to delete my data?

You can request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to retain the record. Accounting and tax records tied to a customer relationship have to be kept for the period Singapore rules set out, so those are the records we may have to hold on to. We will tell you plainly which part we can remove and which part we must keep.

How is my data protected?

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and we limit who inside the company can reach it. No method of transmission or storage is free from risk, and we cannot promise that data will never be affected by a security incident. If one ever affects your data, we tell you what happened and what to do.

What changes when this policy is updated?

We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes are reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy. If a change would affect how we handle data you already gave us, we will say so on this page.
