Huxandor pricing for Singapore businesses

Plan tiers differ by how much accounting work you do, how many users need access, and how much support you want. Below is what changes between tiers and how to work out which one fits, without a sales call if you'd rather decide yourself.

How the tiers are structured

Each tier includes the core platform: invoice management, bank reconciliation, GST-ready workflows, and reporting. What changes is the number of users, the payroll headcount covered, and the support level.

Huxandor is built for business use, and every subscription runs on the same cloud platform. Nothing you set up in one tier has to be rebuilt if you move to another — the work carries across with your records intact.

Entry tier: a sole proprietor or very small business that mainly needs bookkeeping and GST.

Middle tier: payroll and more user seats, which fits most SMEs with staff.

Upper tier: priority support and higher transaction volumes.

Choosing by business size

Most Singapore businesses land in one of three shapes. Find the one that sounds like yours, then read down to the detail.

One person, below the GST threshold

You need invoicing and expenses, and not much else. Start at the entry tier. Cloud access is included, so there is nothing to install and no server to look after.

GST-registered SME with a handful of staff

You need GST workflows, payroll integration, and enough user seats for the owner plus an accountant or bookkeeper. This is the middle tier, and it is where most Singapore SMEs sit.

Higher volume, multiple roles

Multiple users across roles, heavier transaction volume, or a preference for priority phone support all point to the upper tier. If you are between tiers, start lower and move up when the volume or headcount justifies it.

Not sure which one applies? The tier that matches your headcount and GST status is almost always the right start. You can change it later without re-entering anything.

What's included in every plan

Core accounting and cloud access are in every tier. Guided onboarding is included too — the depth of help scales, but nobody is left with a login and a PDF.

Core accounting and invoice management

Chart of accounts, sales invoices, credit notes, and expense capture. Raise an invoice, send it, and track what is still outstanding from the same place you record the payment.

Bank reconciliation

Match bank transactions against what you have recorded and clear the ones that already line up. Most Singapore business accounts connect directly; if yours doesn't, transactions can be imported.

GST-ready workflows

Records are kept in a shape your accountant can work from when the return is due. Huxandor does not file the return for you, but the figures are ready for whoever does.

Standard reports and role-based access

Profit and loss, balance sheet, aged receivables, and the working reports you need month to month. There is no separate module to license for reporting, and roles decide what each user can see.

Guided onboarding

Every plan includes setup help to get your opening balances, bank feed, and first invoices into the platform. The middle and upper tiers go further into payroll and reporting habits.

Payroll and user seats

Payroll is covered by headcount, and user seats work the same way. Both expand when you move up a tier — you are not billed per head on top of the plan.

Payroll coverage

Entry tier

Accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and GST workflows

Middle tier

Covers a typical SME payroll run

Upper tier

Covers larger teams and heavier monthly runs

If your headcount grows past the tier, you move up rather than paying per-head overage.

User seats and access

Included seats

A set number per tier, with roles deciding what each user can see

Your external accountant

Counts as a seat if they want platform access

Working from exports

No seat used if they never sign in

Roles are set per user, so a bookkeeper and a director can work in the same company file with different levels of access.

Support levels

Every plan includes email support during Singapore business hours. Phone support is included from the middle tier. The upper tier adds priority phone support, which means your call is routed ahead of general enquiries during peak periods.

We don't publish a response-time guarantee because we'd rather not promise something we can't control on a bad day. What we can tell you is that support is staffed locally and runs on Singapore hours.

Annual and monthly billing

You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing costs less per month, and it suits businesses that have already decided the platform fits.

There's no long lock-in on monthly billing. If you migrate mid-year and need to move again, you're not trapped. We'd rather keep customers who want to be here.

What happens when you outgrow a tier

Moving up is straightforward. Your data stays where it is, the user seats and payroll headcount expand, and the support level changes. Nothing needs to be re-entered.

Moving down is also possible if your headcount or volume drops. The platform doesn't hold your records hostage to a tier.

What isn't included

Huxandor doesn't file your GST return, submit CPF contributions, or act as your tax agent. Those services come from your accountant or corporate services firm. If you need someone to file on your behalf, we can tell you what to look for, but we don't provide that service ourselves.

Bank connection availability depends on your bank's feeds. Most Singapore business accounts connect directly. If yours doesn't, transactions can be imported.

Questions we get about plans

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Moving up or down keeps your data in place. Only user seats, payroll headcount, and support level change.

Is payroll included in every plan?

Payroll is included from the middle tier. The entry tier covers accounting, invoicing, reconciliation, and GST workflows.

Do I pay extra for my accountant to access the platform?

Your accountant counts as a user seat if they need platform access. If they work from exports instead, no seat is used.

Is there a contract lock-in?

Monthly billing has no long lock-in. Annual billing costs less per month and suits businesses that have already decided.

What if my bank isn't supported?

Most Singapore business accounts connect directly. If yours doesn't, you can import transactions.

Still deciding, or ready to start?

Send an enquiry with your business size and whether you are GST-registered, and we will tell you which tier fits and what the guided setup covers. If you would rather read first, the platform and compliance pages explain how the accounting, payroll, and GST workflows work in practice.
